For reasons by personnel  such as termination of duty, staff, degree, cancellation of appointment process, cancellation of disciplinary penalties by personnel towards the legal entity of the Rectorate; requesting the cancellation of grades by students, the cancellation of disciplinary proceedings, all kinds of lawsuits filed by other institutions, organizations and individuals are followed by the Legal Consultancy of our University. In addition, various lawsuits are filed on behalf of the legal entity of the Rectorate and execution follow-ups are carried out. Our opinions on legal issues asked by the rectorate units and faculties are reported verbally and in writing.

In the execution of the attitudes of our university in accordance with the applicable laws, the Rector's Office, the Rector's Departments, the Faculties are assisted and oral and written opinions are given on this subject. On the other hand, the experts requested by the Courts; It is obtained from the Faculties through our consultancy and reported to the courts.
